Delightfully creamy Strawberry Crunch Bars with a graham cracker topping, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by combining crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar in another bowl.
  3. Line a rectangular pan with parchment paper.
  4. Create the first layer by pouring half of the strawberry mixture into the prepared pan and spreading it evenly.
  5. Add half of the graham cracker mixture on top of the strawberry layer and press gently.
  6. Layer the remaining strawberry mixture on top and smooth it out.
  7. Finish with the remaining graham cracker mixture scattered across the surface.
  8. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for added flavor.
  9. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Let soften slightly at room temperature for easier cutting.
