Delicious chicken pitas filled with juicy chicken, crunchy veggies, and a creamy sauce, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whip up the creamy sauce by mixing yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with the mixed veggies in another bowl.
  3. Prepare the pita bread by cutting them in half and filling each pocket with the chicken and veggie mixture.
  4. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the filling.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap them up for meal prep.

Notes

Leftovers last up to 3 days in the fridge. Store chicken and veggies separately from pitas.
