A comforting dish with tangy Dijon mustard and sweet honey, creating a glaze for tender chicken breasts.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts generously with the mustard mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then serve.

Notes
