Juicy chicken patties infused with fresh herbs and tangy feta cheese, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki sauce, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flavorful ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the patties: Using your hands, form the mixture into burger patties. Make sure they are evenly shaped to ensure uniform cooking.
  3. Heat the cooking surface: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat or preheat your grill to the perfect temperature for searing.
  4. Cook the patties: Place the patties in the skillet or on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and develop a lovely golden brown color.
  5. Assemble and serve: Serve the cooked patties on burger buns with your choice of toppings. Load up with fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, crunchy cucumber, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
