These Grilled Shrimp Pineapple Skewers feature succulent shrimp marinated in a savory-sweet blend, perfectly paired with juicy pineapple chunks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
