Delicious ham and egg cups perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings, customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (chopped vegetables, herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease each cup of a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Line a slice of ham into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup.
  4. Crack an egg into each ham-lined cup.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each egg.
  6. Season each cup with salt and pepper, adding optional toppings if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until eggs are set to your liking.
  8. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  9. Serve warm or refrigerate for meal prep.

Notes

These cups can be easily customized with different cheeses or toppings. They can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
