A vibrant and zesty pickled radish recipe that elevates any dish with a sweet and tangy crunch.

Ingredients

  • Fresh radishes
  • Vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • Garlic (sliced or minced)
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Black peppercorns
  • Optional spices (such as mustard seeds or chili flakes)

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the radishes.
  2. Prepare the pickling brine by combining vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and optional spices in a saucepan.
  3. Cool the brine after reaching a boil.
  4. Submerge the sliced radishes in a clean jar and pour the cooled brine over them.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Keep submerged in brine for crispness.
