A creamy and tangy cheese ball infused with crispy bacon and spicy jalapeños, coated in crunchy pecans — perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the Cheese Ball: Once mixed to perfection, shape the mixture into a ball.
  3. Coat the Cheese Ball: Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or breadcrumbs.
  4. Chill Before Serving: Wrap your cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Once chilled, place it on a serving platter and serve with crackers or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce jalapeños or use pickled ones. The cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Leftovers can be kept for up to 5 days.
