Delicious Jalapeño Popper Twists filled with creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and jalapeños, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of flaky dough (crescent roll or puff pastry)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 23 jalapeños, sliced and seeded
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the flaky dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into strips.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each strip of dough and twist them up.
  5. Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the twists with a beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These twists are best served warm. Pair with sour cream or ranch dressing for added flavor.
