A warm and hearty Korean Ground Beef Bowl with savory and slightly sweet flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet with sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and brown sugar, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, topped with mixed vegetables, sesame seeds, and green onions.
