A decadent layered dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter filling, whipped cream, and chocolate topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Base: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan to form the base.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture: In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker base.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently until just combined. Spread this layer over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the milk until you have a smooth chocolate sauce. Pour it over the whipped cream layer.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
