A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and spiced peach cobbler, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Create the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing it into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the cream cheese mixture over the crust and layering the spiced peaches on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of graham cracker crumbs. Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
