Delicious pinwheels made with flaky pastry, cream cheese, and pepper jelly, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Flaky pastry
  • Cream cheese
  • Pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the flaky pastry package instructions.
  2. Roll out the flaky pastry on a lightly floured surface until evenly spread.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly over the rolled-out pastry.
  4. Add a layer of pepper jelly over the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log from one end to the other.
  6. Slice the log into pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake according to the flaky pastry package instructions until golden and puffed.
  9. Serve the pinwheels warm.

Notes

Serve with chilled white wine or a refreshing spritzer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
