Delightful crunchy bites of cheese topped with pepperoni, perfect for snacking during game night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Optional: Italian herbs, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Create small mounds of shredded cheese on the baking sheet.
  4. Top each mound of cheese with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle Italian herbs or garlic powder if desired.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These crisps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
