  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and Prepare Your Ingredients: Collect all the ingredients you’ll need for your smoothie: the ripe banana, fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, creamy coconut milk, protein powder, and, if you like it frosty, some ice!
  2. Combine Ingredients in a Blender: In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and protein powder. Here’s where the magic starts; let those flavors blend!
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Power up the blender and blend the mixture until completely smooth. Make sure to check the consistency; you want it creamy and luscious, with no lumps.
  4. Optional – Add Ice and Blend Again: If you prefer your smoothie icy and refreshing, now’s the time to add ice. Blend again until the ice is crushed and incorporated perfectly for that perfect smoothie vibe.
  5. Pour and Enjoy! Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and take a moment to appreciate your creation. Sip slowly to savor each delicious taste of the tropics!

Notes

For a more intense coconut flavor, use full-fat coconut milk. You can also add spinach or kale for a nutritious twist.
