A rich and creamy spinach artichoke dip made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a crockpot.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn’t dry out.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste once the dip is heated through and gooey.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

You can customize this dip by adding cooked chicken or bacon for extra flavor. Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
