S’mores Brownies

Indulge in the magical combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers with these delicious S’mores Brownies, perfect for any day of the year.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Then, mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined, then fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the first brownie layer.
  8. Scatter mini marshmallows over the graham cracker layer.
  9. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the marshmallows, spreading it to cover completely.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  11. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added indulgence. Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature, or refrigerate for a week.
