Ingredients
Scale
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 medium shallot, finely minced
2 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
Pinch of red chili flakes
1 teaspoon lemon zest (from about ½ lemon)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (16–20 count recommended)
Juice of 1 lemon, plus extra for serving
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Combine the panko breadcrumbs, minced shallot, grated garlic, red chili flakes, lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
Toss the shrimp with lemon juice, white wine, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp, spreading gently.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and shrimp are cooked through.
Remove from the oven, squeeze extra lemon juice over the top, and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
