A comforting and creamy pasta dish wrapped in a rich Bolognese sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound minced beef
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces pasta shells
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup melted cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped vegetables and cook until softened.
  4. Add tomato sauce, pasta shells, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in enough water to cover the pasta and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Stir in cream and melted cheese until well combined.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Great with a garden salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
