Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Bonbons

Delightful bite-sized treats of creamy goat cheese wrapped in savory prosciutto.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful microgreens

Instructions

  1. Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Using a small spoon or melon baller, portion the cheese mixture into eight equal balls.
  3. Wrap each cheese ball with one slice of prosciutto, tucking the ends underneath.
  4. Drizzle the honey generously over the wrapped bonbons on a serving plate.
  5. Refrigerate the bonbons for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Garnish each bonbon with a few microgreens before serving.

Notes

These bonbons pair beautifully with crisp white wine or fruity red.
