Maple Chicken Bacon Sliders

Delicious sliders made with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and a sweet maple glaze, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it’s crisp.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Prepare the slider buns by slicing them in half horizontally.
  5. Fill the slider buns with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the bun tops over the cheese and brushing melted butter on top.
  7. Bake covered for 10 minutes.
  8. Crisp the tops by baking uncovered for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the maple syrup and Dijon mustard for an hour before combining it with the other ingredients.
