Delicious and easy peanut butter oat cups that require no baking, perfect for quick snacks or breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly through the mixture.
  4. Pour in the milk and mix until the mixture is thick and sticky.
  5. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  6. Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, dividing it evenly.
  7. Press the mixture down firmly into each cup.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  9. Remove from the muffin tin after they have set.
  10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Customize with your favorite nuts or seeds; store in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.
