  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Create the flavorful marinade by combining olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, checking for an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  5. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  6. Slice the chicken, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.

Notes
