Delightful individual portions combining rich brownies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into cupcake liners in a muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring every bite has that melty chocolate goodness.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in each cup.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

Use cupcake liners for easy cleanup and to keep brownie cups intact. Room temperature cream cheese makes for easier mixing.
