A decadent cheesecake featuring swirls of strawberry and chocolate, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Once your filling is smooth, divide it between two bowls. In one, fold in the pureed strawberries; in the other, stir in the chocolate syrup.
  5. Pour the strawberry batter over the crust, and dollop the chocolate batter on top. Swirl together gently with a knife or skewer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes, until the center is just set but still jiggles slightly.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, or pair with fresh berries or ice cream.
