A comforting pasta dish featuring creamy Velveeta cheese and savory ground beef, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz bow tie pasta
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk with the cooked beef.
  4. Melt the cubed Velveeta cheese in the skillet, stirring until fully melted.
  5. Toss in the cooked bow tie pasta, ensuring it is well coated in the creamy sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, sauté garlic with the onions and beef. Can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
