A creamy, cheesy dip perfect for gatherings that combines cream cheese, sour cream, and a blend of spices.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 4 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 lb Cooked and Crumbled Beef (or turkey/plant-based crumbles)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
  3. Blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of your shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in the cooked beef, chopped green onions, and any additional spices or hot sauce.
  5. Prepare a baking dish with the dip mixture, spreading it evenly and topping with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

Customize the dip with spices and toppings according to your preference. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
