Honey Garlic Sheet Pan Sausage

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring savory sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, coated in a honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken or turkey sausage
  • 2 large Sweet potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine cut sweet potatoes and broccoli on a large sheet pan, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Place the sausages on the pan with the vegetables.
  4. Mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the sausage and vegetables.
  6. Toss everything to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Pre-cut vegetables can save time.
