A quick and flavorful lemon vinaigrette that elevates salads and grilled dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Juice your lemons to extract 1/4 cup of juice.
  2. Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Emulsify by slowly drizzling in the olive oil while whisking continuously.
  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
