Delightful oven-baked dumplings paired with creamy peanut sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
  • Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce (for peanut sauce)
  • Vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling onto each dumpling wrapper, fold, and seal them tightly to avoid any fillers escaping during baking.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they’re spaced apart to allow for even baking.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and a bit of water until smooth and creamy.
  7. Serve the dumplings hot with the peanut sauce on the side for dipping!

Notes

Leftover dumplings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to regain their crispiness.
