A delightful blend of peanut butter and chocolate reminiscent of Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, these chewy cookies are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs (or chocolate eggs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and flatten them slightly in your hand to prepare for the delicious filling.
  4. Place a Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg in the center of each flattened dough and fold the dough around it to form a ball, sealing in that irresistible chocolate goodness.
  5. Arrange the cookies on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow room for them to spread while baking.
  6. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy!
