A delightful twist on a classic Snowball Cake featuring a rich chocolate base, fluffy marshmallow frosting, and sweetened shredded coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 jar marshmallow frosting
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box.
  2. Mix the chocolate cake mix with water, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan.
  4. Bake according to package instructions until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  6. Frost the cooled cake generously with marshmallow frosting.
  7. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the frosting generously.
  8. Slice and enjoy with friends and family.

Notes
