Delightful clusters of buttery caramel and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramels
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and caramels: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and caramels. Stir gently until the mixture melts into a smooth, creamy delight. Add in the salt and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in the pecans: Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped pecans. Stir well until coated in the caramel mixture.
  3. Drop onto baking sheet: Using a spoon, drop generous spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Allow to cool completely: Let the clusters cool until set.
  5. Enjoy your delicious clusters: Savor these as a treat or share with loved ones.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can freeze for up to three months.
