A quick and comforting one-pan meal featuring ground turkey, spinach, and mushrooms, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they turn translucent.
  3. Cook the ground turkey, breaking it up until golden brown.
  4. Incorporate the sliced mushrooms and allow them to soften.
  5. Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts down.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, stirring well.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Substitute spinach for kale or ground turkey for ground chicken. Add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick!
