Gluten Free Donut Holes

Deliciously soft and sweet gluten-free donut holes perfect for brunch or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut hole pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
