A simple, high-protein bread recipe made with just cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for keto diets.

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese (500g)
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Pour the cottage cheese and egg mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack.
  7. Slice and enjoy your delicious bread!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
