A rich and creamy Pistachio Mascarpone Frosting that adds a delightful twist to any dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pistachio paste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  2. Sweetening the Mix: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  3. Infusing Flavor: Add the pistachio paste, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Color It Up: If desired, add green food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
