A comforting bowl of Easy Potsticker Soup filled with fragrant broth, zesty ginger, and soft vegetable potstickers, perfect for chilly evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 12 vegetable potstickers
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine broth and aromatics in a large pot.
  3. Bring the broth to a boil.
  4. Add the potstickers to the boiling broth.
  5. Incorporate the bok choy during the last two minutes.
  6. Serve it up in bowls.
  7. Add some heat with Sriracha, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For freezing, omit bok choy and store up to a month.
