A delightful twist on traditional oatmeal, these Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats combine the flavors of cheesecake with wholesome oats for a nutritious and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: additional strawberries and graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Add Strawberries: Stir in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Portion into Containers: Divide the mixture into jars or containers and cover.
  4. Refrigerate Overnight: Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. Enjoy and Garnish: In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy chilled, adding more strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use almond or oat milk along with a dairy-free yogurt. You can switch up the fruits based on the season.
