A simple and flavorful baked chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture over each chicken breast, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, spread out evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the mixture for an hour or overnight before cooking. Serve with sides like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
