A simple and indulgent homemade banana ice cream made with just two ingredients: ripe bananas and lemon juice.

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas by peeling and slicing them into thick coins.
  2. Freeze the banana slices in a freezer-safe container for at least 2 hours.
  3. Blend the frozen banana slices with lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or return to the freezer for an additional hour for a firmer scoop.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for maximum sweetness. Feel free to add toppings like cinnamon, chocolate sauce, or fresh berries for extra flavor.
