A delightful breakfast sandwich blending crispy, gooey, and savory flavors, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of cheese (your choice!)
  • 1 slice of cooked bacon or 1 sausage patty
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a touch of butter or a splash of oil.
  2. Crack the egg into the skillet, cooking until the whites are set.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the egg.
  4. Toast the bread in the skillet or a toaster.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with the egg, cheese, and bacon or sausage.
  6. Grill the sandwich for an additional minute on each side if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
