Buffalo Chicken Pasta

A warm, creamy, and spicy casserole that brings comfort and joy, perfect for casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Stir until well coated.
  3. Add the ranch or blue cheese dressing to the chicken mixture and mix well until everything is beautifully blended.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture. Gently fold the ingredients together.
  5. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and is freezer-friendly. Adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
