A rich and creamy caramel cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust and a delightful caramel drizzle.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl it with a knife.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Top with additional caramel sauce and chopped nuts before serving.
