Indulge in these creamy and chocolatey chocolate chip cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust. A perfect dessert for any occasion!

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

For a touch of sophistication, serve with whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce. Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
