Cookie Dough Truffles

Delicious no-bake truffles with cookie dough flavor, coated in luscious chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate for coating (melting chocolates or chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well to incorporate.
  3. Combine the flour until fully blended, then stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
  8. Let them set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
