A deliciously sweet and savory salmon dish with a sticky honey garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  3. Cover and marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  6. Bake the marinated salmon fillets for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the salmon immediately with fresh lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes

Make sure to marinate the salmon long enough for optimal flavor. Adjust sweetness in the marinade by modifying honey amount.
