A refreshing and creamy mango ice cream that bursts with tropical flavor, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the mangoes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Combine the mango puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve, garnished with additional mango slices if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
