An enticing combination of creamy goodness, sun-dried tomatoes, and tender chicken, perfect for a cozy dinner or a special date night.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Ensure your chicken breasts are evenly sized for consistent cooking. Feel free to adjust the amount of sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan to your taste.
