Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Delightful, bite-sized cinnamon rolls perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack. Soft, fluffy, and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your favorite baking dish.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and milk, stirring until just combined.
  4. Roll out your dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar over the dough rectangle.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into mini rolls about an inch thick.
  7. Place the mini rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth for icing.
  9. Drizzle the icing over warm rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave before serving.
